A Restorative Yoga Concert with Santosha

Come join us for an evening of live music fused with gentle (easy), restorative yoga. Experience the beauty of sanskrit chants and J.S. Bach Cello Suites and more while relaxing in a series of meditative poses.

The music and yoga event will be preceded by an optional yoga only workshop. We can go into a deeper relaxation after having done an energetic yoga practice. Here are the details:

Part II - Twists
Cost - $12 at the door, $10 early registration available until 10/08/09
This is a general level yoga workshop. Participants will experience the gross and subtle effects of each individual family of asana. We will also explore their innate interconnectedness and relationship. This is an 8 class series which will include the following classes - Backbends, Inversions (part 1 & 2), Twists, Standing Poses, Forward Bends, Balancings and Pranayama.
Cost for both events: $30 at the door, or $25 early registration available until 10/08/09
